OneVest Integrates Schwab Advisor Center Digital Onboarding
OneVest has embedded Schwab's digital onboarding tools into its core platform, expanding connectivity for wealth management tech stacks.
Wealth technology firm OneVest has gone live with a new integration linking its platform to Schwab Advisor Center's digital onboarding system, the company announced in New York on Sept. 28, 2026. The move embeds Schwab's onboarding capabilities directly into OneVest's core infrastructure.
The integration spans OneVest Workspace, the company's primary operating environment, as well as a suite of pre-built modules that client firms can plug into their existing technology stacks. The modular design is intended to lower the engineering burden for advisory businesses seeking to automate and digitize the client onboarding process.

The practical effect for adviser firms is a more streamlined path from prospect to funded account, reducing paperwork and manual data entry that have historically slowed the onboarding timeline. Pre-built integration modules also mean that firms with custom tech stacks can adopt the Schwab connection without commissioning bespoke development work.
