New York-based private equity firm Coalesce Capital announced Monday a growth investment in ClearDefense Pest Control, a Raleigh, North Carolina-based company that operates as a full-service pest control platform. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Coalesce Capital focuses on technology-enabled services companies it describes as next-generation, making ClearDefense consistent with the firm's stated investment strategy. The deal gives ClearDefense access to Coalesce's capital and operational resources as it looks to expand its footprint in the competitive pest management industry.
