Inside Real Estate Links BoldTrail Platform to ChatGPT and Claude
BoldTrail MCP uses open protocol to let real estate agents manage contacts and tasks through AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude.
Inside Real Estate has launched BoldTrail MCP, a new integration that connects its BoldTrail real estate platform to popular AI assistants including ChatGPT and Claude, the company announced Monday from its Murray, Utah headquarters.
The product is built on the open Model Context Protocol, a technical standard that allows different AI systems to share data and capabilities. By adopting this protocol, Inside Real Estate is enabling BoldTrail's existing artificial intelligence tools to operate inside third-party large language models rather than remaining siloed within its own software.

Practical applications include agents asking an AI assistant to pull up contacts, schedule appointments, create follow-up reminders, or manage task lists — all without leaving the chat interface of whichever AI tool they already use daily. The company is positioning the feature as a workflow efficiency play, reducing the number of platforms an agent must switch between during a typical workday.
The move reflects a broader industry trend in which real estate technology companies are racing to embed their tools within the AI assistants that professionals increasingly rely on, rather than competing against those assistants directly. By leveraging an open protocol, Inside Real Estate leaves room for future compatibility with additional AI platforms beyond the two named at launch.
