KuCoin Nigeria Wins Conditional SEC Approval for Regulatory Incubation
KuCoin Nigeria Limited has received conditional Approval-in-Principle from SEC Nigeria for its Accelerated Regulatory Incubation Programme.
KuCoin Nigeria Limited has secured a conditional Approval-in-Principle (AIP) from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Nigeria, granting the crypto exchange entry into the regulator's Accelerated Regulatory Incubation Programme, known as ARIP, according to an announcement made in Oyo State on Oct. 13, 2026.

The development reflects a broader push by Nigerian financial regulators to bring cryptocurrency platforms under formal oversight following years of volatile policy stances toward the sector. Continue reading at Cryptocurrency.
