Integer Holdings notified bondholders that its 2.125% Convertible Senior Notes are eligible for conversion through Dec. 31, 2026.
Integer Holdings Corporation (NYSE: ITGR), a Plano, Texas-based medical device contract manufacturer, announced Thursday that holders of its 2.125% Convertible Senior Notes due 2028 may exercise a conversion option from October 1 through December 31, 2026.
Under the terms of the conversion, noteholders who elect to convert will receive cash up to the full principal amount of their Notes. Any conversion obligation exceeding that principal amount may be settled, at Integer's discretion, in cash, shares of the company's common stock, or a combination of both.
