Capital Group, one of the world's largest asset managers with approximately $3.6 trillion in assets under management, has received authorization from the Financial Services Regulatory Authority in Abu Dhabi to operate in the emirate, the firm announced on October 7, 2026.
The license from the FSRA, which oversees financial services activity within Abu Dhabi Global Market, marks a formal regulatory milestone for Capital Group's strategy to expand its presence across the Middle East region. The move reflects growing institutional and sovereign demand for global investment management services in the Gulf.
